It was ok, just average. The staff at the front counter were not rude but they were not that welcoming or helpful, seemed as though I was an inconvenience. The property is noisey, the room was just average. The bed was hard as a rock. I have been in caravans which have bigger bathrooms. The location is great.

This property is close to Lygon street precinct and Woolworths is close. The room are clean and compact. The staff were amazing, even housekeeping. I normally stay at the Langham but couldn’t go past the price for 3 nights. At the end of the day I was only sleeping and showering here. Perfect for me. Would highly recommend as I come from the industry. If you have luggage. Enter via carpark lift. I could not complain especially for the price. Il be staying here again
