We were in a suite with a king size bed. The bed was great! Really liked location and the hotel itself was clean and easy to access from the highway. The pull out couch, however was broken and we could not get it opened easily. Once we did have it open, the mattress was very flat and uneven. My daughter and niece ended up sleeping on the couch and put 2 chairs together to sleep.

I wish that hotels would be built sufficiently that you are unable to hear the inconsiderate neighbors or the herd of elephants (aka: brat kids jumping off the bed) above you. This hotel seemed to have paper-thin walls and booked a lot of thoughtless, rude people. The complaint is directed primarily at the people we had to share the hotel with.

Convienent in our travels. Nice breakfast. Great staff. Felt safe Terrible bed and didn’t sleep all night because I hurt. I won’t stay again without asking if the beds are new and soft. Refrigerator was open when we arrived which we needed cold for our traveling groceries. Was offered to move rooms (after we unpacked everything) or to bring all of our drinks and groceries down to the main staff refrigerator.
