Great location, set back from the main road but easily walkable into town. Other travellers should note the studio was listed as having a washing machine, however there was none in the room but access to a paid, shared machine in building. The staff went above and beyond to address my concerns with this.

Nicely furnished suites, good location
This fine hotel is located at the east end of the town, within easy walking distance of everything. Free parking is available, which is a good thing in Queenstown. The suites are large and well furnished, and the heating worked fine as the winter got colder. The staff was very helpful on a few occasions. A quirk: The shower head in my room was fixed in the wall at the level of my shoulders (I'm 6'2" = 188cm), so washing my hair required some ducking.

Great location and easy to get around good parking. TV not working in bedroom and staff went to the wrong room to repair also bathroom linen etc needed a bit more love not just roughly placed on the rack.
