침구도 좋고 조용하고 편안했습니다 객실까지 찾아와서 곤란한 상황에 대처해준 직원(이름을 모름) 넘 친절하게 도와줘서 감사했습니다 조식도 좋았고 마사지도 좋았고 수영장도 좋고 호텔에서만 놀았어요

Front desk staff were very competent and gracious. Breakfast was unacceptable and the attendant was rude.

Even though we stayed only one night in Hai Phong, Sheraton was the best hotel we stayed during our entire trip.

Friendly staff, clean and safe place

Amazing hotel, truly fantastic facilities at a very good prices. Front desk informative and helpful. It’s a very nice stay in a Japanese hotel in Vietnam. Location is little bit outside of the town, but easy ride from airport and quick taxi ride to town. It’s nice to discover local places, for sure not touristy like Hanoi.
