Really lovely hotel in a hugely convenient location. Beautiful interiors and breakfast was great too. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - perfect customer service. We were blown away by how friendly and professional they were. A comfortable nights sleep and perfect hotel for exploring Innsbruck.

Great location, close to centre, buses and sightseer bus stopped outside hotel. Great view of the mountains from the room and breakfast was vast. Hotel was very clean. Staff were not as welcoming as other hotels i have stayed in, however, they were very professional and efficient at check in and check out, and were very helpful with any queries, which is what is important to us. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. All round a great stay with no complaints.

We had a great stay at NALA in Innsbruck. The hotel nicely designed, comfortable and in a good location. We especially enjoyed the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. Special thanks to Dani (Front Desk Staff) who definitely ensured that we had a wonderful stay!! Would recommend this hotel.

Absolutely loved staying here. The hotel is so nicely decorated and styled, the staff are wonderful and it is in such a great location. Would wholey recommend to anyone looking for Innsbruck accommodation. Don't miss the Welcome Card on offer too, depending on your length of stay you get perks. But definitely good for use of public transport
