The lack of coffee in the rooms is both strange and undisclosed - at no point is this made clear, and no logical explanation is given. There is also no clothes iron in the room, and no ironing service (without washing) is available.
Also, for a property that defines itself by its restaurant, the breakfast offering is quite disappointing. Little choice, absolutely no changes and food that tastes underwhelming at best. After hours (so from 9pm onwards) your only dining options are to leave the property or to make do with the vending machines that are poorly stocked with chocolates, sweets and soft drinks (no sandwiches, fruits or coffee for example).
Shame, given that the hotel is in a prime location that is walking distance to almost everything. Then again, Innsbruck town centre isn’t particularly large so most hotels will also be relatively easy to walk to/from.
