When I initially reserved my room through Expedia, it stated that breakfast was included (it was highlighted in red) at the property each morning. When I went down for breakfast on the morning of 7/26/24, I was told by the hotel restaurant staff that I needed coupons for breakfast. I went to the front desk and was told that breakfast wasn't included and that the Expedia website was notorious for falsely stating that breakfast was included. Needless to say, that was one of the factors in deciding to reserve a room at the property, and feel grossly misled as did another couple we were traveling with. I feel I should be refunded $20.00 plus taxes for the two mornings I had to pay out of pocket from being misled.

The property was filthy - room smelled like stale musty cigarettes. The tv didn’t work - - no towels for the pool - sheets were dirty , no coffee maker . Lights outside the property didn’t work - coming home made at 2 am made it very dangerous - front desk didn’t seam to care about anything - didn’t offer anything because I made the reservation with Expedia - I paid $335 per night walk ins paid $179 !!!

We booked a room with a sofa and when we went to get the linens the blanket inside had all kinds of stains on it and there was a fitted sheet but no flat sheet. There was no soap whatsoever in the room, again had to go back. The hallway we were in (room 145) smelled like cat urine.... The front desk young man was very kind and helpful but I am now doubting staying at any Doubletree

Everyone working at the hotel was incredibly kind and gracious. The hotel does need some updates but there is a renovation coming soon. The pool was kept in great condition! Love Georgia, the macaw in the lobby.
