Unexpected room but friendly staff
The bathroom was dirty and the tv didn't work. However, the receptionist was very pleasant and nice, which made it hard to fuss. Hotel just needs some updates and someone to double check if the rooms are clean before guest book room.

Very friendly staff. We were met at front desk as a late check in and couldn’t ask for a better experience from front desk. All staff throughout our 2 night stay were very friendly. Room was cleaned and bed very comfortable. Older furniture in room but did not matter. The coffee maker did not work with the outlet it was in but a quick move took care of that issue. Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious. Will definitely stay here again.

High moisture, great service.
Our room was so full of moisture. Mold was visible on the ceiling, and inside cabinets. The floor was sweating through the carpet. There was surface rust on the metal drawer handles. Service was excellent, however the air moisture conditions were terrible.

It’s an older property that has been kept up well. Breakfast was good. Good for a short stay on the way to a cruise out of New Orleans.

Staff was very very nice which made the stay bearable. It's just an older place that needs a little more TLC than it has been given. Also, the Coffee machine was malfunctioning. Sooo, Even though breakfast was included I had to get in my car and drive somewhere to get coffee. That was disappointing.

The front desk person was incredibly helpful. Excellent service while checking in. The lobby area was very clean. Room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Roaches in our bathroom. Air conditioning unit busted and filthy, terrified to use it as it was pump filth into our air. All the furniture in the room was damaged in some way. Extremely noisy, walls are paper thin. I’ve stayed at comfort inns before but never again.

Rooms need to be updated the lamps and curtains were dingy and rusted out the toilets are loud when flushed. Walls and ceiling need to be sealed especially in the shower. The air conditioner unit was old vents missing ,carpet dirty. Staff were Great!! They too need better housekeeping carts, and equipment. Invest in your property and staff. Customers will pay to be in an updated, clean and comfortable room.
