PLEASE NOTE:
✫ In the bathroom, the water heater supplies enough hot water for approximately 10 minutes. This is normal for its size (which is about half of a normal water
heater) but please be aware of this when planning your showers. We're sorry for the inconvenience and we are actively saving to replace this unit. Please
note the bathroom is also fairly small (though normal for Hampton Beach).
✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in.
These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.
This cottage is tucked behind our front cottage, nicely situated away from the busy road. You have two dedicated parking spots at our neighbor's parking spaces up the street. We highly suggest car pooling!
FYI - We have a ring camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. We also use a Minut noise monitor that only detects decibel levels and DOES NOT record. This is to prevent parties and keep the peace with our neighbors :)

Residential road that goes directly to the beach. Most are full-time residents so please be respectful of noise levels. Note: We do a background check on every guest.
Getting Around:
Almost everything is walking distance away. If you need a CVS, hospital or urgent care, you are minutes away right down Rt. 101.

NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. There are also two outdoor security cameras for your protection. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
FYI - For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. (The pet fee only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens, wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture)
