The property was quite out-dated & could use a remodel. The room doors were difficult to unlock & didn't feel like they closed securely, paint was peeling off of our bathroom door on both sides, the bathroom needed paint & didn't have some basics like kleenex, & there wasn't a window that opened to let in fresh air. HOWEVER, our room seemed pretty clean, the bed was fine, the hotel was pet friendly with only a $10 fee, & we were given an upgrade from a Queen to a King at no additional charge. There was also a nice pool, which we were not interested in using. If you're looking for a less expensive place to stay that's relatively comfortable, this hotel would suffice.

Absolutely amazing hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean from top the bottom.looked very nice just like the picture. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and offered eggs and many items. Sausage links Eggs. Biscuits and grievy. Toast ...Bagels.... Cereal ..fruit.. Orange juice apple juice cold milk....had a station where you can make your own waffles. Strawberry or regular both delicious. And i'm pretty sure i'm missing a few items they had also. It was like a buffet.we will be back!!

Fantastic
This property had mixed reviews but I bit the bullet and booked it. I was soooo glad I did. It was clean and the staff very friendly and nice. The breakfast was on point and was a great place to stay. I won't have an issue booking it again. Thank you for such a great stay

The ma ager on duty was very helpful but he was limited in what he could do The heat was inadequate to keep up with the cold aircoming in from the window glass.

This could be a nice property, but for my overnight stay it was not. No one was at the counter for check-in. Took nearly 10 minutes to track someone down to get room assigned and keys. When checking in I handed the clerk my Wyndhan Rewards card, that was completely ignored (not sure if I'll ever get points for the stay). Get to our room (small, but that was expected), and try to watch something on their television, and all the pictures are distorted / noisy (which should be impossibly with current digital TV broadcast). Getting the room to a decent temp was an excercise in trial and error. There was a knob to turn left or right for "hotter" and "colder" but not referenced to any actual temperature. Tried to sleep, but every train that went by blew its horn multiple times (the 3AM one really got me). When I got up in the morning, and went to take a shower, the cold water knob falls off in my hand (bolt missing to hold it on). By the end of my shower, I'm standing ankle deep in water (tub draining VERY slow). Took 5 minutes for the tub to empty AFTER the water was turned off. The one good thing was the breakfast food. It was decent, but having a breakfast room with only a half dozen tables (when the building has somewhere near 100 rooms) means standing around waiting for a table to free up, or taking it back to your room. Finally, at checkout, I asked for a receipt, and was told I needed to get that (somehow) through Expedia, since that was how I booked the room.
