We were staying one extra night from our tour and the night that I booked myself was an upgrade and they let us stay in this room for the full four nights that we would be staying in this hotel for no extra charge because we are celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary..

We were initially given a room with two twin beds that ended up being across the hall from a very loud banquet room, complete with sound check. It was also missing some ceiling trim. We asked for and were given a new room, but paying four star prices, we expect better in the first place. The breakfast buffet was notably good.

Safe place and very close to tourist spots. Staff are friendly, though you need to wake up early if you want to enjoy the buffet since they only have limited seats. And they don’t refill the food unless you get their attention.

Comfortable, spacious rooms on a quiet side street mere blocks away from the vibrant hum of the Old Quarter and 5 minute walk away from Hoan Kim Lake and the surrounding shops and sights. Located in a safe neighborhood, the helpful staff at this hotel make sure you lack for nothing. Highly recommend!

Great location, well maintained place. Hotel checked us in early since our international flight reached way before official check in time. Thank you for that! Only strange experience was having to pay $9 for a spare key because we dropped a key card on a river cruise!
