False advertisement for the spa, theres not much to do there. Also, if you want something stolen off your car (litereally)this is the place for you to go. Its also suppose to be a smoke free room but our room smelled like all cigarettes. But we are thankful for the workers that helped us. Like the bell hop that helped with our bags and also called someone to help us with the smell in the room so thank you to the one that also came to spray the room. Other then that. Its not much to do there or around. I still have yet to hear anything back from my stolen item off my car in their parking lot, Thats has cameras(supposivly) and was supoose to look at that day and let me know the next something the next day.

We stayed at ballys bc we were in the area for a lacrosse tournament. The hotel is nice but definitely geared towards the casino users and not much else which is to be expected but it’s just an odd place if you’re not gambling.

Bally's Dover Downs stay
The hotel front desk staff was pleasant and efficient but the computers were down so we had to wait to check in. Only one restaurant on site was open out of the three and the prices were pretty high. The lobby was lovely. The casino was clean and smoke free but the table games were mostly closed with only one roulette table open.

I wish they can check people in even the room is not ready. They used to check you in and text you when the room is ready. Now you have to wait in line until 4pm. The line got so long and it's not making any sense.

The hotel was okay, there was not a microwave anywhere in the hotel, it would have been nice to have at least one, you have leftovers and unable to heat them up. The beds in my room were wobbly, otherwise it was okay.
