Not as great as usual
We’ve stayed here several times before, and are always impressed with the hotel. However, the line at check-in was again lengthy, and only two clerks registering guests. After a long drive, standing in line for half hour is most unpleasant. The room was spacious, but not as clean as they have been during past visits. Several of the outlets in our room were loose and did not seem safe to use, the refrigerator was in poor condition, the TV was not even plugged in when we got to our room. It is such a busy time of year, I’m not going to hold these things against the property, and will stay again. Just not quite up to snuff this time!

The property is a very clean and nice place to stay while in Dover. Staff was great! We did not receive any room cleaning because we were only there for 2 nights and I understand. Just wish there were microwave ovens available if not in the rooms. Despite how often I turned up the thermostat in our room, it never felt really warm. The bathrooms could use a soap dispenser in the shower.

Nice and convenient property. Easy check in and nice rooms. Superb staff, from the bellman to the housekeeping staff, all were super helpful, polite and fast! Our toddler did find a pill on the bathroom floor and there was a bit of loose dirt on the bedspread when we arrived. Otherwise, all good. We were surprised that there were literally NO chairs anywhere in the lobby or surrounding areas though. I realize they want people to only sit in the casino, so they're gambling... But, given the much older guests that come there, like my grandma who was traveling with us and uses a walker, there really should be somewhere to rest. It was very difficult for her to make it around the large spaces without stopping, but she couldn't sit. Very frustrating. She was also disappointed that the buffet had closed since she had last been there. (I guess after the pandemic.) Overall, a positive experience though.
