The property was quite run down and. I booked mountain view room. It wasn’t cleaned properly as there was a Kleenex stuffed into the peephole. Also mountain view is misleading as it is a partial view of mountain from corner of window. The main view was of a building. I would not stay here again. I was disappointed as I had booked it for a Special celebration. I would have appreciated a partial refund.

I liked that it was cheap, but you get what you pay for. Walls are thin so can hear people near your room, curtains had obvious stains that could be easily cleaned, hair still in towels from previous customers, old uncomfortable beds, pillows are tiny, stains in carpet floor. Check in was easy and convenient, friendly staff.

Staff was great and clean beds but the state of the rooms is to be desired. Carpets stained , horrible choice of curtains , bathroom grout pink , holes in ceiling filled with TP, there needs to be a lot of effort to bring this place up to snub especially being in a tourist area

The restaurant was closed and full of unorganized old furniture. The courtyard had rolls of old carpets and furniture, totally unusable. The carpets in the hallways were dirty and stained. There was duct tape on the carpet at door entering the and also at the entrance to the bathroom. Very old furniture in the room. Would not stay there again.

The location is not well managed or maintained. We had to switch rooms because the door jam faceplate was broken. There were many lights out in the hallway making it dark and sketchy /unsafe feeling. Its the cheapest pet friendly places in the village thats whats keeping it afloat. It needs a lot of work

The hotel is run down, with a musty smell and rooms are not clean. I had to wear flip flops in the shower because it was so unsanitary. The taps were almost coming off the sink and the shower and toilet made strange noises when turned on. There were no other options to move. Harrison is a beautiful place, but the hotel was awful.

This was in poor condition and quite foul smelling. The hallway and room carpets were very stained and odours. The bed was very noisy And hard to have a comfortable sleep

Terrible. The first room they gave me was a dump. Dirty carpet, bathroom ceiling tiles coming down, sink and tub stained and rusty. Room ws really hot and the AC didnt work. After complaining, they found me another room which was marginally better. They are renovating... I would never stay there again unless they could promise me a reno'd room.

The room had stains on the carpet. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly. The light in the bathroom did nothing but flicker. There was no AC and no screens on the windows. Only option for air flow was a super noisy box fan. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. I’m the middle of the night there was a terrible strong chemical fume smell. We ended up leaving at 2am to go home. It was that bad

We checked in to this property our room smelled like urine and was not cleaned properly, we found a bag of drugs under the chair. When we approached hotel staff and management they tried to say the drugs were ours and they were calling the police. They were rude, aggressive and very unpleasant. We left the hotel as they would not give us a refund and we did not feel safe. DO NOT STAY HERE. Worst experience ever
