You could hear the people walking upstairs, very annoying. When I took a shower, the drain didn’t work. I wasn’t sure if I was taking a bath or taking a shower.

I liked the atrium for our dog. Staff were very friendly. Only complaint was lack of coffee. No coffee pots in room and coffee by the counter was not enough for the demand in the morning. Also no fruit for breakfast.

Very pet friendly and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very dark and 1970s-style: an update is necessary. Walls are super thin: we could hear our next door neighbor’s conversations quite clearly. Our shower tub leaked and flooded the floor of the bathroom every time we took a shower (room 159). Breakfast is ok. Eggs need to be in a larger heated container: they kept running out.

Our toilet was clogged and instead of fixing out toilet they handed me a plunger. Worst part of that was the plunger was cheap and malformed and didnt even work.
