Service not like it use to be…
Beds are always so comfortable. We stay there twice a year spring & winter. They charge for breakfast now which is not very customer friendly and our bathroom smelled of mold really bad. We only told management the next morning due to it was late and we was tired just kept the bathroom door shut for the night. Bad headache just from taking a quick shower. We won’t be staying there anymore the idea of charging for breakfast is just rude & greedy. We never stayed for breakfast we leave to early it’s the principle behind it.

The PLACE to stay when visiting Harrisonburg.
What a beautiful hotel inside and out. Very new looking, exceptionally clean, wonderful decor, and amazing amenities. Great lobby and lounging areas, tech room, breakfast, bar, rooftop lounge...allnstaff were exceptionally friendly, inviting and helpful. Room was wonderful as well. Will surely return..
