The rooms were large and comfortable. Staff provided us with an iron and ironing board without a second request. We love the green initiative to save room cleaning with a free bar drink.

The area has several spots going under construction that it was too noisy. The air-conditioning system automatically goes out at certain temperatures and cannot be controlled individually we had to call the reception several times to get the answer that they can provide a ventilator fan. However we would like to note that little presents for our kids were very friendly and the staff at the reception were also very professional and friendly when checking in and out.

This is my third time staying and each time the room was a hot mess - literally. There is no way in their rooms (which are always too warm, winter and summer) to control the temperature except for by opening the windows which in Summer means letting in swarms of insects and in winter you have to sleep with the windows open and snow outside. I do not understand why the rooms are always too warm.

The staff was extremely helpful in a stressful situation after our previous booking fell through. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was the best we had in 4 cities on our trip. The bar staff was also very friendly and accommodating as well. Based on that (unplanned) stay we'll be booking other locations in the future.
