The staff members were very friendly and were exceptionally helpful when needed. Like many hotels, there was a slight musty odor in places. Our room was clean except for one area on the tv console that had some orange goop on it. Parking was plentiful,free, and easy. Temperature controls were good, the TV was fine, and the Bathroom area was lovely. There was a good amount of storage and hangers for clothes. I liked the soap/shampoo/conditioner supplies. We didn’t try the bar/restaurant but looking at the menu it looked reasonably priced with a good amount of choices. There was an honor system for snacks and drinks in the lobby, and there was good variety for many tastes. The neighborhood felt very safe, and there was a Wendy’s and Taco Bell right next-door and they stay open late if you arrive late like we did.

The most comfortable beds and pillows of any hotel we've stayed with, including far more expensive ones. The hotel was also very clean, quiet despite being conveniently located by the highway, with parling right outside.

Waited 45 minutes to get a shuttle from the airport. Two shuttles drove by us and when they finally picked us up, the driver told us he was instructed to only pick up the airline crew and no one else. Really!!!! When we checked in, no apology, nothing! Terrible!
