Athsma alert. They offer non-smoking rooms, however, the smoking rooms are on each side of your non-smoking room, so your non-smoking room smells like smoke because the smoke leaks into the room. They should be in different buildings or different floors but not side by side. I think this is very important to know if you have asthma. The beds were hard and the floor and fridge was filthy inside and out. The breakfast is continental with fruit juice, donuts, breads, yogurt, fruit and cereal. It has easy access to the freeway.

Very nice hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable and clean. We loved that we could park at our door since we were traveling and were only stopping for the night. Breakfast was the only thing that wasn’t very good. Not any fresh options.

Great place to stay

Was traveling with my step Dad to yuma after my sister passed. Just searching for a place to stay. It was a wonderful stay. We booked two rooms and the price was a little less than i pay but we were surprised at how wonderful it was.

It’s in the name: budget motel. It does feel pricey for what it is (we paid $110 for the night) everything was stained, old and dirty (heavily stained carpet as if by pets), and there was a strong stale smell. The sheets were clean and that was about it. Good for one night, staff is great, very friendly.

For an older Motel it has everything a person needs . The staff was super kind and helpful . It does have a decent sized pool and dining around the area. The room was clean but it does sit right off the freeway and is a little busy and noisy as to be expected
