Long story short. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Stayed one night. Great customer service. Went back and got the most worst of the worst customer service. It was 9 PM and I was waiting 20 to 30 minutes for the people ahead of me to get checked in and when it came to my turn first thing, she says is “is your dog a boy or girl because I caught you on camera “ as if I did something wrong I was immediately offended. The whole time I was waiting to check in at 9 pm atleast 2 or 3 people walked by my dog who ferociously wanted to lick their faces off but she’s an XL Bully and people are intimidated. I get it. However I’m still a customer and my dog didn’t growl or bark. Not even a hair stood up on her back, but due to her breed her polling on the leash made her aggressive. I told the woman/child at the counter to watch her attitude because she had one with me and she refused to rent me the room after I had waited about 30 minutes to get checked in. I walked out and told her to make sure she canceled my reservation and she showed her childish behavior again and said “I will babe”. So disrespectful. So tacky. She thinks she can talk to people anyway that she likes to. She must be the owner of the place or something. Or she feels like she’s running the show. Management you let me know what you think. Is this how you guys run your show?

We were able to switch to handicap room when we checked in. The jetted tub was just what I needed after our drive from Oregon. Im sorry to say i did not take any photos this trip

Staff was snooty. First thing she asked me was if my pittbull was male or female because she “caught “ us on camera. Like any dog she wants to greet people and jump on them. She was referring to that as us being caught on camera. I told her she isn’t aggressive and we just stayed here the night before last. We’re truck drivers so we are tired and I told her to watch her attitude because she was being snooty. She sent us on our way. Refused us

When we checked in front desk staff was a bit brusque in explaining why the charge on my card was so high (it was a hold for the deposit?) which did not help me understand at the time. The rooms both smelled very weird. The pillows, mattress, and blanket were as flimsy as hospital beds. At $93 a night I was expecting a tad better comfort.

The room had numerous dead mosquitos smashed on walls, ceilings and mirrors in addition to the dozen or so that were still flying around. Front desk seemed to think it was completely normal and not a problem. No apologies or compensation offered.

Sounds like they have a high turn over rate. Woman working the front desk wasn't fully knowledgeable. Room had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. As well as the bed sheets.
