I was in the property on 10 Aug and the room was not even clean hosekeeping left it undone and front staff told me he cant do anything. That was so inconvient to stay in the room which was not clean and no other room was available.

Both beds were made; one of the beds looked like grumpy or sleepy from the front desk may have laid on one of the beds. Lamp was left on with win slide open. Carpeting in the hallways had 3-d effects with it ruffled worn out texture.

The receptionist gave use keys to someone else’s room that was occupied and 3 minutes sooner of us walking in the room we would have caught her naked changing was not impressed

Hotel is very run down. Expedia said room sleeps 5, but room only had two queen beds. Carpet in hallways was disgusting. Non smoking room smelled of smoke, but was cleaner than expected. Small silver lining.

We arrived at midnight to check in only to be told that our room had not been cleaned so we could not have it. I understand things happen and we can't control everything but it would have been nice to know this in advance aa we had been on thr road for 12 hours😞

The ac and heat were broken in the room floors were very dirty they wouldn’t let me swap rooms with worked Ac and just told me oh well. I booked a room with Ac I should get a room with AC and if not I should of gotten a discount as it wasn’t as advertised

The property is old. My first room, the bathroom floor was full of hair, toilet paper stuck to the toilet, the toilet seat broken, a towel that was dirty and bedding that had a dirt streak on it. Asked for a new room, bathroom had less hair on the floor, but still hair so I was guessing this was going to be normal. Cleaning ladies did not care much but the boys at the front desk did the best they could with what they had.
