Compare Ski Hotels in Highmount

Excellent all around. My husband and I take at least one trip up to the Catskills area per year, but it’s usually twice, and this is the best hotel we’ve experienced. Service was lovely. Especially enjoyed the included breakfast with excellent coffee and plenty of options. Unbelievable water pressure in the bathrooms. Very close to Hunter for skiing, which was the draw for us this particular trip, and lots of hiking trails nearby. Cozy game room and fireplace in the evening. Only con/tip if you book would be to avoid room #1 if you can, as it’s the only room on the first floor and we endured very loud footsteps above us early in the morning.

Love The Vienna. It is so much more than its outward appearances. At this price point, it’s the best place for mile around.

The cottage at Stratton Falls was amazing. It’s a destination.

Great place to stay, very close to Hunter Miuntain.
