Ocean One 324 - Oceanside 3rd Floor Condo

Ocean One 324 is a private end unit 3 bedroom condo on the beachside, not facing the ocean but just steps to the sand! The condo has comfortable furnishings, and several updates. The property has on-site gas grills and a large ocean front pool. King in the Master, Two Double Beds in the Second Bedroom & Two Double Beds in the Third Bedroom. 3 Full Baths. Ocean One is located just off of the Coligny Circle and Coligny Plaza where you can walk to shops, restaurants, ice cream, plus the new Celebration Low Country Park and more.

Ocean One is undergoing a pool renovation and a boardwalk renovation that will affect beach access and pool use over the 2024-2025 winter season beginning November 1, 2024.

Projected completion for boardwalk renovation is end-of-year 2024 and pool renovation will be ongoing until early March 2025.

Race Trip with Friends
Four of us traveled together for the Daufuskie Island Marathon. The condo was perfect with beds for everyone and a fully equipped kitchen including both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker. Also well stocked with toilet paper and paper towels, which we’ve had to purchase on other trips. The location was great, easy to get around the island.

Family beach week
We had booked a different condo and they “upgraded” us to a different condo two weeks before our trip. I’m not sure if was an upgrade. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The location is great close to everything however The two bathroom need updating . The condo was not very clean. The floors needed moped and the carpet needed swept. We went to store bought cleaning supplies and cleaned and swept. Cleaned down the counters tops and cleaned the bathrooms. I was not excited about that. Ocean one is a nice complex with the pool and grill. I think for the price I’d look for a better condo.

Great Location and Very Nice Unit!!
This was our first time to Hilton Head and enjoyed the location of this property on the island. This property is in perfect location to be able to park your car for the week and get to anything you might want to do within a short walking distance. The pool was plenty big with a large pool deck and was always in clean condition.. Loved how large the deep end was. The ocean was just a couple steps from the pool and had several stations to spray the sand from yourself and your chairs, toys, etc. The unit itself was very large and kitchen had all the equipment you would need to fix meals. It was nice having a dinning room table that was actually large enough for everyone to sit and eat together. It was also nice having enough room in the living room for everyone to sit. The TV service had plenty of channels and options with streaming services to keep the kids entertained. There was also a few games and cards in the unit to help on the rainy days. The beds were extremely comfortable. The started kit of supplies lasted almost the entire week. We only need to purchase an extra roll of paper towels and toilet paper. Having the Keurig in the unit was also a nice perk to get the morning coffee! Having the corner unit was very nice and quiet. We rarely heard anyone outside or from other units. The only negatives would include having a unit facing the parking lot rather than the ocean and the unit could use a deep clean (between the furniture, etc). We would love to come back to Hilton Head and would stay here again.

Great location!
We loved being so close to the beach and the restaurants at Coligny Park. The teens loved the pool because it has a deep end and was spacious enough never to feel crowded. Just keep in mind that this unit faces the parking lot, so no ocean view, but that makes it more affordable for a 3 bedroom unit. Very quiet end unit. Clean and well stocked. We had a fantastic stay!

Very relaxing weekend. Nice property. End unit which was nice. We couldn’t hear neighbors or anyone outside of our condo. The kitchen and dining room were great for breakfasts and dinners. Overall a good stay.

We enjoyed our week at Ocean One . The unit had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was clean and comfortable. The pool was wonderful and never too busy. The gated entrance to the beach was a definite plus. We were able to walk to Coligny Plaza and the new Lowcountry Celebration Park. The amazing playground was a big hit with my granddaughters.
