Whether your favorite way to relax is by spending time on a golf course, at the beach, sitting poolside or on a tennis court, the location of my 3 BR (2 private rooms plus a loft with a Murphy bed ),2 Bath villa is optimal for all of the above. An infant travel crib is located in the master bedroom closet. The deck overlooks the 10th fairway of the George Fazio course and a lagoon with water fountains . A short walk out the front door will find you at the Turnberry Village pool, and picnic area. Access to the beach or to the tennis courts by car in 2 minutes, by bike in 5 minutes and on foot in less than 15 minutes.(if walking around the golf course). Before and after golf course hours you can access the beach in less time via the cart path.

The first floor of the villa contains a large open living room, spacious dining room, fully stocked kitchen,Master BR with a king-size bed, smart TV and full bath

The second floor consists of a guest suite that has 2 full beds, large closet, smart TV, Walk in shower with large closets., small washer and dryer. The loft has a full size Murphy bed and large wrap around desk that over looks the golf course and water fountain for those eager to work at their stay.

The living room has a 55" smart TV, large sofa and love seat, and 3 chairs with wi-fi and cable that are provided to all TV's. A Bose 4 disc stereo system with jacks for auxiliary devices for a great sound!. Some of our favorite cd's are there for you to enjoy as well.

Deck over looks 10th hole of the Fazio course with high top table and chairs and a gas grill.

Rental equipment is just a short walk inclusive of kayaks,bikes, beach equipment and much more.

*Small pets under 35 pounds are permitted with a non refundable fee per pet of $110.00 Limit 2(dogs over weight are considered on request with additional fees)Resort fee/administration fee is charged to your stay which includes , includes 24-hour security, a car pass, seasonal resort transportation(The Dunes Buggy)wi-fi, and processing fees and housekeeping . This is a nonrefundable fee.

*Parking at Palmetto Dunes: 2 cars are permitted at the villa. One car parking is included in your resort fee. If you need an additional voucher for the 2nd car please let me know and I will arrange but payment has to be made by guest at arrival.
As a private community, the Palmetto Dunes POA has policies in place for controlling access through passes as well as guidelines limiting the days/times access may be granted . *Optional insurance may be obtained at this site or one of your choice to protect your travel investment due to unforeseen circumstances. Happy Holiday Getaway
First off, this villa is beautiful. Such a nice place to getaway to. Other than a few bumps when we were getting in, the stay was great great. It was very quiet (although, it was off time on the island). The owners were great. Once we were able to get in touch with them, they resolved any issue very quickly and were very nice. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Place to Relax with our Fur Babies
This unit was exactly how it was described in the description. The fully stocked kitchen and extra touches like pump hand soap are always a plus. The beds and couches were comfortable to snuggle up in on chilly fall days. Would have loved to use patio and listen to fountains, but just a bit too chilly. This unit is set back in foliage, so it may not get as much light as other units. The constant shadows of water glitter through large picture windows made my heart happy.

The owners of this property were great to work with. We had a bit of personal craziness leading up to our stay. They were very accommodating to us extending our reservation, and then helping us out with some other things that came up. The property itself was as advertised, clean, and met all of our needs!

This was our second time staying at this adorable rental. Great location! Our host was very flexible as we almost had to stay another day due to hurricane Helene and we didn't make a final decision until day before we left. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and comfortable!
Our family of four, plus puppy and a friend, thoroughly enjoyed staying at this townhome for 2 weeks! It is spacious with lovely updated kitchen and bathroom, and super comfortable beds! The kitchen is well stocked and has a huge pantry for storing items. The outdoor patio area is great for morning coffee and breakfast, and we enjoyed walking/biking the golf paths in the evening. The Turnberry area is quiet and great for walking dogs, our Winston loved exploring! The beach is a short bike ride away and easy to access. The host was super friendly and communicated quickly when we had any questions. We hope to stay again next time! Thanks, Chrissi for sharing your home!

Excellent Hilton Head Condo
This is the third condo we have stayed in the Palmetto Dunes section of Hilton Head and was definitely the best. It was all remodeled, very clean and had everything we needed including some things we did not need to buy during our stay. The location is perfect and my communications with the owner were timely responded to and always helpful. We could not have been happier and plan to rent this villa in the future.

The property had a great view, but I would put a warning on it for being really close to a lagoon. Hard to see at night. It was quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed the wildlife. The layout of the property inside was great. However, much of the furniture was unstable and the owner had placed so many labels and directives that it was mind boggling. It was well equipped. Also, this unit was the only unit that had cameras in the complex. Seemed unnecessary. I took extra insurance for damages and took pics when I entered to make sure all was placed back the way the owner wanted it. I cannot imagine that this owner gets repeat guests.

The condo was spacious with a kitchen that was well stocked. We like to cook and all the appliances and utensils were there to ensure we wanted for nothing. There were a few little things that need to fixed, but Chrissie said they would be fixed immediately, Enjoy your stay, we sure did.

Relaxing Vacation
One of the cleanest places through VRBO that we've ever stayed at. It had everything we needed. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. The area was very quiet. We saw deer on the golf course and alligators in the nearby waterway and a couple of bald headed eagles. This place was awesome! The pool was a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Solid choice in Palmetto Dunes
The property was in very good condition, updated per the pictures, and in good working order. Beds were surprisingly comfortable compared to many rentals (thank you for that!). The owner was very communicative and accessible which was appreciated. Everything is exactly as listed, no more, no less. Definitely a good find for anyone looking to be in Palmetto Dunes.

Great family vacation!
Our stay was wonderful. Everything matches the description. Chrissi was wonderful with communication. She gave restaurant ideas, golf courses to try and more. Responses were always in a timely manner. If we come back to HHI we will try to stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation
The condominium was clean and well stocked. It was the perfect spot for family to gather as we vacationed on Hilton Head. The deck was relaxing to sit on in the mornings and the location was perfect for enjoying the amenities of Palmetto Dunes. We would definitely stay here again..

Second time back and just as perfect!
This was our second stay at this villa, and everything was perfect! The place is always super clean, all the essentials are provided. This year we even had beach chairs provided! We love staying here and love that we can bring our fur baby too! We just got back home and are already planning another trip back! Thank you Chrissi and we will be back soon!

Great property in a perfect setting
The unit is spacious, well-furnished, and has a complete array of the needed amenities (kitchen, etc.). The location is very quiet and right next to the water, close to the park with a swimming pool, and completely private. The owners were very responsive when any questions or needs arose and went out of their way to make it easy for us. The outdoor space is really nice as well, facing back through trees towards the golf course. Palmetto Dunes offers abundant options for walking or running, biking, tennis/pickle ball, and time on the beach. It's a unique blend of a resort vacation and just living very well in a stress-free setting.

Beautiful condo!
The place was beautifully decorated and very clean! Chrissi responded quickly to our questions and was very understanding! The King bed was very comfortable. The golf view was lovely- we played the course too! Palmetto Dunes has many lovely walking trails, and is close to a lot of excellent restaurants. We loved our stay at this lovely home - thank you!
