We have completed renovating our beachfront condo with a French Gray interior, new flooring, new appliances, and remodeled bathroom.

Our condo has one bedroom with a queen bed and two bunk beds so a total of 4 can sleep comfortably.

Watch dolphins swim by sitting on the couch and within a 10-minute walk, you are in the middle of Hilton Head''s downtown Coligny with a variety of shops and restaurants. The famous Tiki Hut Beach Bar is just down the beach where there is daily live music and you can dine or sip a cold drink on the beach while watching or playing beach volleyball.

There are dozens of great restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and bike rentals. You don't need a car since everything you need is right outside your door.

During the peak summer season from Memorial to Labor Day, I keep weeks consistent by renting from Saturday to Saturday. Off season, we have a 3-day minimum stay.

Just the right size for me!

This condo was small but cozy. It was the perfect size for me and I loved the location. There was an issue with the air conditioner, Michael was super responsive and had someone out right away to fix the problem. AC ran great for the rest of my stay. I would stay there again.

Great location and value

We loved the location of this place the most. It's proximity to Cologny Plaza and the beach were huge draws for us. The place is small, but my wife and I don't need a ton of space when we're traveling, so it was just right for us. There's a laundry room just three doors down the hall, which was very convenient. We would stay here again.

October Hilton Head stay 2023

The location of the condo is perfect for walking or riding bikes to everything. The room needs a new bed, not comfortable at all. The sleeper sofa is also in need of replacing, very uncomfortable and kitchen utensils and pots and pans are lacking. The condos price was cheaper than other condo’s making it a good value.

The location is perfect. The condo is much smaller than the pictures show. You would not want to have 6 people. There is a queen size bed, a sofa sleeper that would not be comfortable for adults and two very small bunks that are in a converted closet.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Great Location

This was perfect for my two daughters (ages 6 & 8) and I. The walk to the beach is literally a couple minutes and so easy. Restaurants and shopping are all minutes away, you really can’t beat the location. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at this condo complex numerous times in the past due to great location. First time in this unit. The price was very reasonable most likely since the unit is a bit dated (bathroom is updated). No dishwasher. Within walking distance to the beach and not as many people on this portion as there are to the east at the public beach. Really appreciated the combination door lock (no need to carry a key around or open a lockbox). This is a one bedroom with a bunk bed in the bedroom so really best for couples or people with two small children. It was perfect for the two of us for one week since we were mostly outside.

Best location!

My husband and I actually own property in HHI. This stay our place was booked so we booked another. We were looking at location as we love being close to Tiki Hut. The location is excellent. Right on the beach and super close to Coligny. It is Oceanview not oceanfront. The unit is clearly in the middle of being renovated! This wasn't exactly mentioned, but having property on the island...we understood. The shower and kitchen are brand new. The beds need to be replaced. All of them including the sleeper sofa which is definitely broken. The kitchen is fully stocked and the place was clean of any dust/debris. (I checked! Lol) All and all...I would stay again, hopefully with a new bed.
