Located just a few miles from Islanders Beach Park, Island Club offers all resort guests direct beach access via walkways connected to the guests-only beach. A pool bar is located just off the private beach area, and a children's playground is within walking distance of the townhouse. The shared pool and nine tennis courts are also centrally located and within walking distance of the villa.
This villa is a 2nd-floor, two-bedroom, two-bath space with a fully equipped kitchen and room for up to six people. Stay connected to the outside world with the free WiFi and long-distance calling, or catch up on family time in the evenings with the en-suite flatscreen television and HD Blu-ray player. Step outside on the private deck and relax with scenic views of the lagoon or schedule a vigorous workout at the on-site fitness center.

There are no elevators in the buildings.
This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hilton Head Island LLC.
The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).
The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
