Right on the Esplanade at St. Clair beach. Windy but fantastic location. A good meal can be had at PizzaBar nearby or on site cafe. Ample street parking so we didn’t try the underground lot.

Hotel St Clair is a wonderful new hotel allowing a speculative view of the ocean and easy access to anything in Dunedin. One of the best small hotels we have stayed in.

You won’t find a better location if you like the beach. The hotel is just across the road from a beautiful beach and it’s lovely to watch the sunrise/set it just beach life. The staff are so nice and helpful and rooms have good amenities. Can’t fault this hotel. A short drive from Dunedin CBD

Fantastic boutique hotel right on the beach. Clean and comfortable rooms with friendly helpful staff in a prime location. If you can afford it pay the extra for an ocean view room.
