I think the management is really trying to make this place nice, but it is severly in need of some TLC! The furniture is all stained and nasty, the drapes are barely there and look trashy, the hallways have stained carpet and the entry areas just are not inviting at all. The cleaning staff was super accommodating, and everyone tried to "put lipstick on a pig" but there's no covering up the lack of maintenance and upkeep.

This property is in deplorable condition. We had floors in our room literally where the material was gone and sun flooring was gone. We stayed at three different Baymont’s this week on a 1600 mile trip and we normally love them. This one was truly a pit.

This location is in poor condition, peeling paint, greyed sheets, super thin towels. The curtains were not hung properly. One room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, the other smelled of straight bleach.

The smell in the room hit as soon as you enter. I thought it smelled like wet dog, grandson thought it was mint, not sure what it was. Both the sink and tub faucets dripped all night. We had bugs and ants crawling around. If you walked across the floor your socks/ feet were filthy, we had to borrow a mop from them and mop the floor ourself. The toilet handle was broken so couldn't flush until maintenence came the next day, so we had to change rooms for one night. 3 of 4 drawers were broken and would fall off if you tried to open. Garbage was left in a door that did open. Found a toenail on my bed. Bright spot light came on outside and shined thru window all night and drape wasn't as wide as window to adequately block it. Called expedia to try to get moved. Finally got thru after 4th try and they basically said no refunds, so tough luck. Also, it was advertised as pet free and when I went to the desk to ask for bug killer I turned around and there was a large pitbull standing there, alone. Worker said he's very smart and opens his door and gets out so she took him back, which really was frightening.

Yuck
The pool which was advertised was closed. The room smelled like wet dog. The room flooring was dangerously slippery. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 9, but at 8:30 most of the food was gone and not replenished (all 3 days).
