We only had 1 issue. We sent this message to HINTON LODGE via Hotels.com There is a problem with Hinton Lodge invoice 142079. We stayed with you September 20th through September 22nd. The receipt shows 336.84 CAD with the conversion to 300.39 USD. This is not the correct conversion. CAD $1 converts to USD $.75 on the above dates. $336.84 converts to 252.63. Capitol One suggested we reach out to you. Please credit our Capitol One ending in 9824 $-47.76 Thank you

Enjoyed our stay. Checked in close to midnight, only small issue was that I'm confident I was told breakfast till 10am and when i went down at 930am it had just closed but there was a sign on door saying till 930am. Regardless was a comfortable, clean room

Easy access to the main road to travel to the next venue of ours. Great place to stay since it was near grocery store and walmart to buy other necessities in our trip like clothes needed for abrupt change of the weather.

I came for business. Everything was good. I asked for extra coffee for the next day and they had it in the room when I got back. Only thing was I found the internet slow and kept shutting off in the early mornings.

I would like to see breakfast stay open longer,another hour would be nice.should be catering to the public not just to workers. Also travel coffee and tea cups! There's no lids and tiny open cups. Another than that good place to lay over.
