We have stayed at this property for several years. Last weekend was the last time. The garbage was not taken out from the bathroom from the previous guests, the microwave was so dirty that i asked the reception to have it cleaned. My request was ignored. The hairdryer outlet was not working. The culmination of our stay was the cockroaches which we killed in the washroom. When i addressed all these issues to the receptionist/ the response was:”we are sorry.” Nothing else.

The hotel was fine with fast friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable with lots of great TV channels but I booked the hotel for it’s pool/hottub. Unfortunately upon arrival it was obvious some event was going on as hotel and pool was full of screaming kids and young teens with no parental control. Running the hallways yelling. Staff were overwhelmed and trying to get it under control. Therefore I didn’t get chance to use pool/hot tub so can’t rate that. Hotel was under control and quiet by or just before 10pm and very good sleep. Breakfast was hot and enough selections to be considered good.

Stayed here with a hockey team. Staff was rude and swore at our kids. Locked them in the pool and wouldnt give parents access. Called the police on them for playing too loud in the pool at 7pm

Pros: Location, walking distance to safeway, walmart & Dollarama. Great Breakfast inclusion, value for money Cons: Tends to be noisy since room is not noise proof and we can hear the foot steps from the upper floor.
