There were no chairs in our room. The desk agent advised us to sit on the bed but then said we could take two chairs from the non functioning breakfast room or from the pool, There was no shampoo. the shower would not come on. We had to wash hair on our knees in the tub!! All that and $145 for the room. Even Motel 6 can outdo this place. Stayed twice b4 w/no complaints.

IT DOESN'T LOOK WELL KEPT ON THE OUTSIDE. THEY MAKE YOU SIGN FOR DAMAGE AND I NEVER GOT A RECEIPT BECAUSE NOBODY WAS THERE WHEN WE LEFT.

We were unaware there would be no one on staff to check in and had to call someone to direct us how to secure the room key from a lock box. We appeared to be the only tenants for the night yet were assigned a room upstairs.???? No lighting outside rooms. Very weird

This place was an okay place to stay, it was very clean and tidy. If they get new beds there would be no complaints. The beds were like sleeping on a concrete floor. The place other than the beds was a pretty good place to stay.

The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and checked us in earlier than the check-in time! This is a review about the room and not the staff! - No coffee pods even though there was pod machine in the room. Some sort of coffee in a tea-bag was provided.....don't know what that is.... - No hangars or closet to hang clothes. - Tub would back up when you took a shower. - Toilet seat very low. If you were not careful, your hand would go into the water!

The first room had a leak around the sink, the second had a leak under the sink. The phone didn’t work, ice machine outside was broken, and the tv remote worked sometimes…even after changing the batteries. No cable, just apps and local tv. The smoke alarm and sprinkler head in the ceiling were very dirty and no decor on the walls. It was disappointing experience, but the two young ladies that worked the front desk… were very sweet and did the best they could. They were left by themselves and we were concerned about their safety.

Front desk closes early!
I was surprised that the front desk closes at 6:00PM on a Friday. Had I arrived just a few minutes later that I did, I fear that I would have spent my money without having a place to stay for the night.

Staff was nice but the lodge was not as advertised. Far from new. Our ceiling had been patched and not repainted, toilet leaked, had to use flashlight to take a shower, tv remote didn't work even after battery replacement. Will not return.
