Happy in Holbrook
This is a very new and clean hotel. It's located in a quiet part of town, and we felt very safe. Parking was plentiful, and access in and out was easy. The room was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed in Holbrook at the La Quinta out of convenience after visiting the Petrified Forest. The hotel itself is nice, clean and the staff are friendly. There are limited options for dinner. There is a great laundromat open late (there is guest laundry at the hotel but its more expensive and 1 load at a time) and a few fast food options just up the street. The only complaint we had about our room was that it smelled musty which is a shame because its modern, nicely decorated and looks clean. Also, there is a lot of banging around in the hall by housekeeping quite early in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay with no issues. We were there two nights and never saw anyone at the counter. We rang the bell and waited too long for someone to show up at check in. Staff was very friendly, just not available in the afternoons.

Very clean nice place. Good breakfast. Walls are very thin, no sound deadening. Neighbors were very loud late into the night, we didn't get much sleep because of that.

If you need to stay in Holbrook this is probably your best option. It’s a little off of the main area, which is a good thing. Staff was very friendly. Clean. Had everything I needed.
