The main living area boasts a fully equipped kitchen and a relaxing seating area with a large sectional sofa and TV. On the third floor, you'll find the primary bedroom with premium bedding, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower, along with a bunk room and den featuring a sleeper sofa, TV, balcony, and rooftop access. The bunk room has a large TV, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and access to a hall bath with a shower-tub combo. Downstairs, the King bedrooms feature coastal decor, with one offering a private balcony; both have ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers.

Gorgeous house in great location. Short walk to beach and convenient to supermarket and other amenities. Only disappointment is that pool doesn’t get much sun during the day. Other than that, house was great.

Amazing spacious home
We rent every year in Anna Maria Island and this home has been one of our favorites. The location was extremely beneficial with close proximity to the store as well as the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place very bad management!
I rented the place for a family vacation. Unfortunately at the 3rd day we had to evacuate the island because of the hurricane. The management texted me and told me to get rest to leave and they will refund the missing days we couldn’t stay. Everything was good so far. The next day management called me and told me that they will not refund the money but they will give me credit for a future stay. I told them that how they know that I will spend my next vacation in Florida or at one of their property. The lady on the phone was very rude. She threatened me with that either I will accept the offer or my right was going to be gone. Thank god that I used my American Express platinum card so I got my fully refund!

Great house and location
Had a wonderful two weeks at this beautiful house. Only downside was the pool doesn't get much sun in early February. Also the gas grill needs replacing asap.

Great House but Missed Some Details
We stayed in this house last week. Checkin was easy and property manager responded quickly to my questions. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, baking sheets and even a crockpot. Where I feel the ball was dropped on this house was the bedding and the towels. The “mattress pad” that is on the bed is more of a mattress cover and every time you move it slides, makes noise and sounds like you are sleeping on an air mattress. The sheets were scratchy and towels were thin. When paying a certain amount for a house you do expect higher thread count linens and luxurious bedding. There are no towel hooks or bars in the entire house. Some people do like to hang towels up so that was annoying not to have a place to do so. The house could use a laundry basket. Over all the house was great and the walk to the beach was minimal but we left early due to the red tide.

Beautiful property but unfortunately not serviced well by the property management company. 90 min before our arrival we were texted to tell us there was a schedule change and a walk through was scheduled at 5:30 pm (checkin in 4 pm). We were already enroute so we agreed to just drive around until 6 pm when the walk through was complete. They agreed to provide us with a restaurant gift card. We stayed for 17 days - paid over 17K - was given lots of messages to be out of the house by 10 am on departure day ... and they never brought by a gift card - empty promises. I guess this is how they treat customers who fulfill their end of e bargain pay a ton of money and leave the house in good order! Oh well, good learning for us - luckily there are a lot of other rentals on the island managed by other companies as AMI Locals are not service oriented

Gorgeous!!
This house is so pretty... They spared no expense when it came to designing this beautiful home! Spacious living area, high ceilings and great kitchen! Pool area is beautiful... nice shallow lounge area and covered hot tub. Views from the rooftop deck are spectacular! It was one of my favorite parts of the home. It was a short 7 minute walk to the beach, not far at all! We will definitely come back as soon as we can.
