This experience was a lot better than the time we stayed here in October. The two issues I had were 1. Our room key did not work one time and we had to go back downstairs to get it reactivated. 2. They had a little hot cocoa set up for the holiday, this was nice ; however, I was not sure if it was complementary or we had to pay for it. For coffee downstairs you have to pay for. It would have been nice if they put up a sign so people would know.
