Rock hard bed but fantastic service
The bed was terribly hard. I thought it was just me and my arthritis making it impossible to sleep, but my spouse also woke up with pain. However, staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I was able to cancel my next night without any pushback, and the front desk handled it smoothly

We stayed here so we could go to the casino for the Ky Derby and band that night. The hotel has a free shuttle to the casino on Saturday's after 5:00 p.m. So we took advantage of it so we could have a good time and not worry about transportation. The shuttle driver Lisa is very friendly and she will call or text to check on you to make sure you get back to the hotel before her shift ends.

The non refundable pet fee is a ridiculous amount. The amount is nearly double what most ppl pay for pets rent fee. It's absurd.

The room was larger than I thought. The bed was super nice. The couch that was in it had scratched the wall. You could tell it had been moved around several times. We did not use the kitchen as we were only there for one night. We will definitely stay there again as long as my daughter is stationed at Fort Campbell.
