This hotel offers an excellent stay with several great features. The parking lot is well-lit. It's conveniently located near downtown attractions, making it easy to explore the area without a long drive. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. Mattress could be better.

We had to stay one night, I booked the room in a hurry and they had roaches, it could have been a lot cleaner, and We were sleeping when We were awoken at midnight when someone was knocking at Our door, then it happened again someone knocked again. Let Me tell You I did not get up to see who it was!!! I am not from here and don't know anybody here.

The feeder road to get to this hotel was closed. They had a barricade that we had to drive around to get to it once it took us a back way to get there. It had apparently caught on fire at some point and was still being fixed. The room itself was clean. No coffee pot in the room. The shower curtain had a hole in it. They had coffee, cereal, and muffins in the foyer of the office. My husband got up several times to check on our car because we didn’t feel like we were in a great part of Houston. Overall, if you just needed a bed and shower, it was definitely affordable. We will be spending the extra money to stay elsewhere next time.

There was construction going on at the hotel and surrounding streets. The room seemed clean but tv was broken and air didn’t cool well. On a positive note, I arrived in town much earlier than expected and was allowed to check in.

It is a Motel. My sheets were dirty. The window box ac unit it was loud. The mattress almost sank to the floor. I guess considering the short stay I could have slept in car car in the hospital parking lot. The stink of stunk was almost unbearable. Curbs are broken down huge trip hazards. The lights in parking are huge and bright which were a plus for vandalism deterrent.

I wonder how previous reviews was above 1 star. That was misleading. From the check in to the quality of the facilities, I was in total shock. Checked out the following day because I couldn’t stay one hour more in the place.

Reasonable price close to City center. Room had an odd smell. Very basic amenities. Road construction makes walking to some bars and restaurants difficult. Food Mart close by to bring in meals.
