Check-in was unnecessarily difficult. The self-serve kiosks were confusing—the on-screen instructions say to enter your last name and reservation number, but they only worked when I entered my last name.
In the room, multiple surfaces felt sticky, which didn’t inspire confidence about cleanliness. I support eco-friendly policies, but during a multi-night stay even basics like emptying the trash or making the bed weren’t done. If services are being reduced for sustainability, please be transparent and offer an opt-in refresh. As it stands, it feels more like cost-cutting than “green.”
