Pluming problems

The Room was EXTREMELY SMALL, had problems with the toilet, it wasn’t flushing properly and very SLOW. We had a clogged toilet and we asked for the room to be serviced, towels and toilet service and they only unclogged the toilet and brought extra towels.

Fabulous stay!!

We had a fabulous stay at Club Quarters for a much needed getaway filled with art and music. The hotel is so welcoming, our room was very clean, the beds were comfy and cozy. Our favorite part of the stay was having a filtered water station in the hallway, just outside our door, so CQ kindly ensures their guests stay hydrated. Also, their complimentary coffee bar was just what we needed before heading to the arts district. Loved it! I'll be back.

The hotel was great. Unfortunately my room was next to the elevators and the banging of the elevator shaft all night kept me up until around 3am. I messaged the front desk and requested earplugs. The message prompted they would bring them right up. About 45 minutes later around 2:22am I went down to the front desk. The clerk was so nice, he radioed for some earplugs. About 20 minutes later he went to housekeeping to follow up. They did not have any. It was a long restless loud night. Hotel is great, just make sure your room doesn't back up to the very loud elevator
