It’s a nice hotel check-in was great super easy fast getting used to the key card to ride the elevator. Something new but I appreciate it. Additional securities is always good. Bed a little less to say the least it’s kind of like a hammock in the middle of the bed.

We loved our stay here! The hotel's location in the middle of downtown was super convenient for getting around. We visited with our dog. Pets stay free here. The room was clean, cozy, and even had a small kitchenette with pots, plates, and cutlery — really handy for quick meals. The bathroom was spotless and had all the essentials. The staff and housekeeping team were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Shoutout to our housekeeper -Yarely!! We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Houston!

Excellent service, always fast response Location is convenient. Complimentary water and coffee are very nice However when we entered the room, we noticed the smoke detector was opened with all the wires came out, then find a dirty mark on the bed sheet, the bathroom ventilation doesn't work, so room smells when moist accumulated. But the worst part, the shampoo bottle is mixed with water and the conditioner was spoil, that's is disgusting.

My stay in Houston in club Quaters hotel was really great, the bed was really good and clean. The only problem I faced was the bathroom got locked at 7:30 in the morning and I waited till 10 to be opened and that was the horrible experience to wait and miss my meeting but over all it was nice.

I travel to Houston several times in a year. First time staying at Club Quarters Hotel and it may be the best stay for an excellent price. Great service from hotel staff as well as valet, they took really good care of me. Nice view of downtown Houston, perfect spot, not far from restaurants or entertainment spots, close to the interstate. Excellent menu and room service. I will stay again...

Everything was very good until checkout. I have stayed there 4 times and the 3 prior stays, left my key card at the front desk. This time we were met by Tiana, who abruptly told us in rapid speech to leave the key at kiosk. My friend put the key down and she pointedly saying “no.” I then asked if she would show me how to use the kiosk checkout and she refused only pointing rudely. I found her rude, oppositional and antagonistic as I threw the cards to the floor. She then refused to give her name as I returned to pick up the cards and put them on the desk. She also refused to move her foot from one of the cards as I was stooped down. It was a terrible exit to a good trip. Exiting guests should not be treated inhospitable. It tends to generalize the whole stay negatively. I will not return to what was becoming my favorite place to stay!
