Lovely hotel in downtown Houston

I loved this hotel in downtown Houston. It had such a nice vibe. It was beautiful and clean and welcoming. The staff were extremely responsive to my requests and very attentive. My room was extremely comfortable and quiet. If I get to Houston again, this is where I will stay.

Very nice place. Nice lobby. Parking garages all around. Valet is $45 a night. Nope. Parking garage for overnight is only $15. I walked everywhere. Room didn't have a fridge. Only bad thing. Maybe if I upgraded to a more expensive room. I got the cheap room. Over all I'd recommend. Nice place for a budget price.

1st Timer here, was not sure what to expect, kinda thought it was a "regular hotel", it ended up being WAYYY more than THATTT!! Love the setup, community, building details, location, basement gym was niceee!! Coffee on demand, and water. Greatttt staff & valett!!!

Rooms can be small but very nice and clean. Free use of washers and drivers with soap provided. Free bottled water and free elite coffee machine in lobby. Vending machine items are priced realistic. Staff inside and at Valet stand amazing to help ANYTIME with ANYTHING.

I had no hot water for a shower or teeth brushing the two days I stayed. The restaurant off the lobby was locked, a key card lock on the inside to leave the morning I wanted to eat there. A cute little eatery around the corner was great. The homeless came out in the evening, but the area seemed safe
