There were 4 elevators, and ONLY 2 worked the night of my stayed. The next day ON:Y 1 worked. This hotel have 26 floors, it took me 30 mins to get down to the the lobby. Everyone on the elevators were complaining and was irritated. It was a hot mess!!!

I liked the employees, very professional. The cookie was the best thing during my stay. One elevator out of order. They only had 4 luggage carts, never saw a luggage cart and no bell service. In a suite with kitchen, no utensils, pots, dishes. Had to call #37 for utensils and paper cups. #37 never answered. Had to call front desk.
