They were overbooked although I have booking confirmation and they did not provide me room I selected. It was terrible two nights, we could not sleep well because I asked for two beds room and they provide one bed room also microwave was not working, shower gel shampoo conditioner all were empty. Overall it's complete waste of many.

My stay was a few days after a hurricane hit Houston. Frankly, I had more amenities than most people in the area, for which I was grateful. It was close to where I needed to be, and would be ideal for people who need to be near the hospital.

Staff professional and friendly. Paid for a four nights stay. Flight canceled due to two days of flooding in Florida. Advised hotel to propose stay to following week. They refused, lost that money, had to rebook and pay again. Trip was for medical reasons. Hotel rug needs cleaning. Had a bad smell. Room large and clean.

Great stay for my Conference
The room was spacious and the location was idea for the conference I was attending. The breakfasts were better than the average hotel (they had both specal breakfast sandwiches and omelet bowls). Service was friendly and the room was clean.

Very flexile to our needs.
After the storm we lost our AC at home had to wait a couple of days for installation but we decided to move to H2 suites to stay cool for a couple days they treat us very well. They extended us as the project extended
