Upon arrival the first room I was given had a whole wall of graffiti, no shower head, no tub faucet and full trash cans both inside the room and outside the room door. When I informed the front desk of the issues the lady gave me a master key and a list of room numbers to check. On the way to check the rooms there were shopping carts full of trash scattered around. The photos are of the best room available. The tv did not work, there were no pillowcases on the pillows, the lights didn’t work and the room was filthy. The pictures online are not an accurate example of what you will get.
The property was condemned. Unable to access the room I reserved. Expedia did find me another acceptable room, but it took 2 hours. DO NOT TRY TO RESERVE A ROOM HERE!!!
Probably the nastiest motel I have ever stayed at. When we first arrived, the room we were assigned had the door wide open and when we walked in a stray cat ran from the room. The beds were not made and the room was trashed. She gave us another room (not equivalent to the one I had paid for) and the room was alright. The bed did not have sheets and the pillows did not have pillow cases. There was old food leftover in the fridge. There were no towels in the room and most of the lights did not work.
We got a room on the second floor and when leaning over the rails later that night, almost fell off from the second floor. The rails are almost coming off of the concrete.
This motel only has one housekeeper whom I watched get dropped off by three separate cars that night, and then she bought drugs in the parking lot. All within my first two hours of being here.
I would not recommend this motel. Definitely not worth the price. I wouldn’t stay here again even if I was paid to.
Took my money. Dirty and I have my kids. Didn’t even stay at all because our name wasn’t in the system. There was 5 other people that they took money from.
I arrived at 9:30am sat in their parking lot for 4 hours. When I went in the lobby to see what was the earliest I could check in the lady behind the desk said that they weren’t accepting reservations. I said I already have a paid reservation. She said again we’re not taking reservations. I have yet to get a refund. I know someone who called to make a reservation over the phone once they knew I was going to stay there. They took the reservation over the phone but stopped answering the phone after hotel.com representative spoke with them trying to find out what happened with my reservation

They refused to honor my or any one's reservation.
Said OYO should have known.
I will not deal with OYO ever again.
Said that they were renovating.
There was nothing unique the property was run down, unsafe and dirty. We weren’t even able to check in because the office was completely closed with a note taped to the door saying no more check ins.
