Staff had an attitude I asked to change rooms was to far away to exit quickly to the airport that said no had issues in the bathroom. The restaurant Bar Food was the worst a simple Quesadilla took 1 hr poor taste and bad service Not Recommended, doesn’t operate as a Marriott Find another Hotel It’s also far away a form the Airport is advertised as it is close by. Best,

The hotel is really close to airport (IAH) and it was around a neighborhood fairly close to restaurants and other shops. The check in process was delayed but the hotel gave us breakfast vouchers. Room was clean!

The hotel was in the hood of houston. There is no cell phone signal in your hotel room and the shuttle ran when they felt like it was convenient for them. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff.
