TERRIBLE! Run away as fast as you can!
The room smells terrible, moldy, black mold along the broken bath tube, the bathroom door won't close since it's tilted flying cockroaches that we have to zip all our luggages, the towels were brown, the pillow cases are grey, a broken metal bar with sharp edges stuck out of tge side od the bed scratched my husband leg...need I say more? We went back to the front desk to ask for a different room but the gut hidden in his room and won't come out. We waited for 20-30 minutes and had to give up because it passed midnight, a lot of mosquitoes around, and we have to sleep to catch our fly in the morning. A few people stopped by but left from the long wait. They told us all of the surrounding hotels are sold out due to flights delay. We had no choice but stayed put. We both woke up at 5 from headaches due to the horrible smell from the room. We traveled a lot but this was the worse EVER. They even changed my credit card twice so look at your account carefully. I rarely write reviews but this hotel needs to treat their PAYING customers with respect. We booked this because TRAVELODGE is a good brand but don't let the name fool you.

Unacceptable conditions
Super dirty room . Towels looked like the had cleaned the floor with them. The bed sheets had stains and were soiled. Stained with blood and mold. Bath tub was filthy Floors were not swept in bathroom . There were candy wrappers hair and dirt. I flagged down a housekeeper to show them the room.Travelodge needs to remove their name. Not to mention the noise and the television that wouldn’t turn off.

The staff was very helpful and respectful. The room was nasty, stains all over the sheets and we didnt have a real blanket it was like a throw over blanket and it was dirty, the shower had baby roaches and around the room too, only stayed 1 night due to cleanliness.
