Staff was kind but not particularly useful when I wanted to adjust my booking. Was not even able to get in touch with the manager though attempts were made multiple times by Expedia agents and myself, so I ended up losing some money as a result. Laundry facilities do not work.

There was no local TV channels so no local sports. Couldn’t watch NFL games. Management was knocking at my door at 10:45 asking if I was staying another night when checkout is 11:00. No phones in room and no front desk number posted anywhere.

Rooms was very spacious and pretty clean. The hotel is a bit older, but in excellent condition. Front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast from 06:00-08:00 hrs was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel in all of my travels. I will definitely book here in all my travels and let my friends know to do the same.
