Everything was good, the room was clean and had all i needed for my short stay. I had a guest come to visit with his little dog ( 12 pounds) and was told by the front desk the dog was not allowed on the property and had to leave. I did not know it was not a dog friendly place. My friend was only staying for a fre minutes to say hello and visit.

The rooms are too small. Passing from the door to the restroom in a 2 bedroom room was single file only. The towels given to us were clearly overly used as they were white with hints of gray from being so dirty. The beds were not comfortable, too hard and too stiff. Pillows were too soft so having a hard bed plus soft pillow didn't allow for a good night's rest at all.

Room didn’t have water several times . Toilet wouldn’t flush , no water for shower . Key cards to the room unactivated every day , so had to go to the office to very time . Staff “cleaned” my room once and forgot the trash inside still .

This place is convenient if you have to run across the street to Target or Starbucks. We had a room with two queens. It was VERY tight quarters and not a lot of room to move around. The toilet paper holder was broken and you had to hold the toilet paper to unroll it properly. We only needed a place to stay for the night so it fit the need. I would not spend an extended period of time here. Also, if you like good coffee, and not instant from a machine, go across the street.

Stayed for one night. The guy at the front desk was very nice and friendly. My kids had a blast in the pool and hot tub. Our shower in our room wouldn’t shut off completely and I called the front desk and they had maintenance up within 10 mins and was able to fix it. This hotel is not the fancy high one. It’s a little old but we still enjoyed our stay.

The property was poor. The rolling carts were hard to manuever. The room keys didnt work sometimes. The room was nice however the bathroom was extremely small. The one day i used the pool it was dirty. The jacuzzi was filthy, couldnt see through the murky water. The breakfast everyday was poor. Eggs were cold bacon was to crisp potatoes were very cold if there were any of these at all. Hours of breakfast 7- 10. Ate there at differing times with same results. Extremely disappointed with food experience. Lastly, the room deposit $100 on card $300 cash! Why the difference? I booked for 3 nights amd added a fourth night after being here 3 nights and had to charge 2 separate $100 deposits? Would have liked to have paid cash, but no way $600. That is very high and should be the same deposit as debit charge, not 3 times as much! Overall, extremely dissatisfied and will not back to this location, even though we are in So Cal, Orange County visiting family a couple times a year. Thumbs down 👎 on your overall score!!!

Homeless sleeping outside the elevators. Small rooms but comfortable bed/pillows. Blankets had pen marks not sure if it was washed. The he shower curtain also appeared to have stains or not be washed.

Hotel was in a great location. Stayed for 5 nights in July, discovered on 4th night we were sharing our room with rats! Rats eating out of dry goods bag during the night. No compensation given by management! Wont be returing!

Although the staff did a great job trying to keep the property clean (I watched them cleaning windows, floors and vacuuming). The carpets needed cleaning. Our socks were dirty just walking on them. The hot tub was green and the pool needed swept (We opted not to swim there). The towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall when I put my towel on it. The screws that held the lock in place also looked like they were ready to give out. On a positive note, the complimentary breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options.
