Property is not taken care of. Walls are thin. Bedding was a sheet. The carpet was duct taped and there was unaddressed maintenance everywhere. How is this 3 stars?

Beds were very worn out and creaky. Carpet had holes and burn marks. Ice machines had hard water build up & rusty corrosion. Wheelchair accessibility has to go thru dining area and run down kitchen to access pool. Pool & jacuzzi handicap chair didnt work so I had no access to either one. No accessibility rooms were available & they had no shower chair/bench for regular rooms. No blackout shades/curtains. Microwave and refrigerator were worn down. Nice lobby and lobby restrooms.

The room had rips in wallpaper, bath sink/counter was dirty, sheets apeared to have been slept in i imediately let the front desk know and they were very appologic and gave me a clean room

You get what you pay for
Not a bad hotel, needs some TLC, you get what you pay for. We had one sheet covering the mattress, no mattress protection or added coverage which seems less than average considering how many people sleep on this mattress. The hot tub did not look desirable to use, nor the pool. We did not try the breakfast so I can’t provide feedback on that.

The front desk staff was fantastic. The room we stayed in had stains on the carpet all throughout the room, the bathroom didn't have a fan, the screws to the bathroom light switch weren't all the way screwed in, and the towel holder was hung crooked.
