Older, doing some remodel, room clean, but parts of hotel grungy. Receptionist was okay. Just not the place I would ever choose again. No closet.

The property was “under construction” which really meant the place was a mess. The worst part was the horrid smell of the water coming from the sink and shower. I refused to shower in that place.

I will be reaching out to see what we can do about our stay because it wasn’t right. This place was so gross old gross carpets. Mold and mildew on the walls. They’re under construction for renovation…which we were not informed of when we checked in or before confirming our reservation. There were literally black visqueen stapled to the ceiling in the hallways. Our first set of cards (keys) didn’t work, then the second didn’t either. We then had to have someone - aka the only person we saw working there - let us in with the master key. Told us that floor had just opened up and there was an issue with the keys and we would NEVER get our own set of keys the entire time. We had to have the front desk let us in so we had zero liberty to come and go as we pleased conveniently. There was no remote to the tv in the room. They couldn’t even provide the one in our room and had to take a remote from another room!!! Middle of the night we heard awful screaming and banging and people running up and down the hall. That was terrifying. Sounded pretty dangerous. Front desk did nothing to try to check in and make sure they were alright/call police. It was that bad, yes. The construction was a surprised to us in the morning as we were woken to a jackhammer and banging from below and beside up. Intense construction that shook the floor and the bed. Felt like they were renovating our room. When we talked to the front desk they were sketchy and unprofessional and rude to us.

Close to downtown and restaurants. Room was clean spacious and roomy. Nice of ocean. Only downfall was bottom floor was under remodel and at check in had to wait for help. Also a downer is they charged 15.00 parking fee but wasn’t listed as a charge when originally booked. But will stay there again

The carport was to crowded and should be bigger . The mattress where to hard to sleep on mt backed hurt when i got out of bed. The people whete very nice.
