I called before I went to resort to ensure dog friendly and was told no issue. Get onsite and sai no dogs in the room you booked through expedia. Also restauraunt was supposed to call me back to extend my reservation and know one did. Poor organizing and lack off caring

A dissatisfied visit.
For the high recommendations to stay here, it was a truly disappointing stay. Only good part was hot tub, when kids weren't all over it. The food was just ok, the alcohol drinks were watered down, and the room was ok. The toilet was an after thought as it was half under the bathroom counter and right on edge of bathtub. We will not be back.

Our stay was great and most of the staff were wonderful. Our experience at the restaurant was not great. Our server was awful. She was not friendly, very unprofessional. Even though the food was great she ruined our experience there.
