Amei! A localização é muito boa, pois fica mais afastado trazendo muita tranquilidade, mas não é tão longe do centrinho. Tem estacionamento. A pousada é simples, porém linda! Me senti muito conectada com a natureza, amei a piscina e a melhor parte foi o café da manha vendo os pássaros! Comprem repelente e passem o tempo todo, até para dormir.

Minha estadia na Ecoilha foi perfeita! O ambiente é impecável, muito limpo e organizado. A natureza é um refúgio para alma, a localização é muito adequada, os acessos às praias são ótimos! Tudo perfeito! O atendimento totalmente dedicado do Bruno e carinhoso da Kételi, a equipe da Cozinha e o Café da Manhã são um diferencial!

Poderia ter sido melhor
Terceira que ficamos na pousada e desta vez não foi sensacional como nas vezes anteriores. Tivemos uma má impressão muito ruim na chegada que impactou o restante da estadia negativamente. Chegamos às 13h30 de um sábado e não havia ninguém na recepção para abrir a porta. Como estávamos com um bebê, tudo ficou mais difícil, tivemos que aguardar cerca de 25min até que alguém nos atendesse. A piscina estava em manutenção e isso só foi informado em nossa chegada - o correto seria informar ANTES da reserva, no próprio site. O quarto estava muito limpo como sempre, único ponto negativo era a parede do ar condicionado, onde aparentemente foi feita uma manutenção e o acabamento ficou péssimo, mostrando o recorte. No geral, a instalação segue linda: jardim impecável e tudo muito limpo. O café da manhã segue maravilhoso com fartura e bons ingredientes.

O local é muito agradável e limpo. A pousada fica no pé de uma montanha, um lugar muito bonito e tranquilo. O café da manhã é bom e os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Voltarei assim que puder, com certeza.

Melhorias
Aceitavel, porém seria melhor se o frigobar estivesse cheio e que o checkout fosse as 14 horas no mínimo, sou instrutor de mergulho e fomos mergulhar e precisamos fazer muito corrido para sair o horário. As pousadas normalmente tem mais tolerância no horário, principalmente no domingo.

A experiência foi excelente. Equipe sempre prestativa e muito educada. A pousada é um ambiente bem familiar e confortavel. A localização é perfeita, muito proxima de tudo! Cachoeiras, praias tanto do lado sul como norte pois a pousada fica bem ao meio. Inclusive é bem proxima de uma praia secreta em Ilhabela que fica no Porto de Sao Pedro! Viajamos para nossa lua de mel e sem duvidas iremos voltar sempre! Super recomendável!!!
