Used hotel to stay the night before a morning flight instead of paying for another night in Seoul which would have been more expensive. Chose this hotel because of the advertised free shuttle. Given a ticket for the shuttle at check in. Shuttle was organized and indeed free so this hotel served its purpose. Advertised as a 12 drive to Inchon Airport, but actually takes up to 35 min to get to terminal 1. Ran hourly.

My children had a wonderful time at the hotel during our stay heading back to the states. They absolutely adored the location and the beautiful surrounding areas. The best part was how convenient it was for our pick up and drop off at Incheon International Airport. Very convenient location next to train station. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Bed was uncomfortable. Staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. Women at check-in counter did not acknowledge our presence standing in line and were rude and impatient in answering questions. I patiently waited for them to make time for me yet they couldn't be patient with me. One young man at the counter was friendly but he clearly did not speak or understand English, and he continuously provided wrong info. For example, Q: "Does the airport shuttle leave in one hour?" A: Yes, the airport shuttle leaves now." We stood outside for one hour from 12:00 to 13:00 waiting for the shuttle.
