was most upset with the lack of breakfast options and the limited amount plus they did not offer top service. and i had to go get my own towels an toiletries which they argued with me that i don’t need them because i have the dispenser on the wall well my room didn’t have dispensers it was still the little botttles of shampoo and conditioner n boxes of soap and they overcharged me i paid more than what the hotel was charging

The room smelled on mildew/mold Dusty and dirty. The furniture was broken/glued together. Bathroom was dirty. Guests all had windows propped open. Very strange.

FIRST AND FOREMOST there was blood spatter in my jacuzzi tub and a door fell off of it, revealing gang sign graffiti on the back side of it. Also, we called ahead for an upgrade to a deluxe suite, yet were still placed in a standard suite upon check-in despite having been assured of the upgrade and when shown the pictures of the advertised “deluxe suite” was told by the desk attendant that it was already occupied. Obviously we did not stay here and immediately demanded a refund. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere nice either downtown or in the keystone district.

Was supposed to be a room for 5. It was not. There was a sharp screw coming out of the front of the headboard for no apparent reason. When you close the bathroom door you can see that nobody cleans behind it. Bathroom door is in disrepair.

Absolutely worth the money, room was meh.
Courteous staff, adequate breakfast bar. Bed frames were incredibly noisy! TV was in poor visual condition. Flickering lights in bathroom area and poorly fit shower components.

If l known it was so bad I wouldn’t have gone there. The bottom fitted sheet kept coming off. No plugs for vanity or bath drains. Paint peeling. Cracked vanity bowl. Dirty smelly carpet. Bathroom ceiling cracked and has started to fall away. The hot breakfast scrambled eggs and sausages were not covered and exposed to dust and more. Cabinet doors falling off. Drawers falling apart.

To be fair, the hotel is in the middle of a massive renovation and probably should have just closed until they had one wing finished to book. Staff were great and helpful but there are better choices in the area.

Staff was not very friendly. Asked if I could check for bed bugs and staff yelled at me for untucking sheets. I can't check for bed bugs if I can't pull out sheets. He said if I pulled out sheets he couldn't use the room. Well guess what - if there are no bugs, I'm staying in the room. If there are BUGS you shouldn't be using it anyway. Room was very dirty and bug was making nest on the floor. Gross gross hotel. Don't stay here.

Room clean, location convenient
The room was clean, but I heard not to stay on the first floor because of some mold issue. The hallways were hot and not so neat. Bottom line is for the price it was good and location to the race track was great. The front desk was attentive. I have never had to pay a $100 deposit and sure hope I do not have a problem getting the refund.
