First of all, Deidra at the front desk was amazing! We had some issues with the rental car place and it was late and Deidra understood and was super sweet! I was in literal tears with her kindness after a long trip. She was an angel in disguise to this single mother! The shuttle service was prompt with picking us up and was super helpful. The driver (i forget her name) was really nice and got us directly to the door we needed at the airport! The breakfast was super yummy too! It was great filling our bellies for a long day at the concert. Thank you for the wonderful service! I highly recommend this hotel!

We were spending the night in advance of the Taylor Swift concert. I was surprised by a clear plastic gift bag with snacks and water and which I could use to take to the concert. A nice touch. They had a friendship bracelet making station for the young folks. They went the extra mile - good job!
